Semangat33 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing Malaysian users' use of the semangat33 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the semangat33 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and semangat33 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
The semangat33 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting and casino gaming are not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on semangat33. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and current.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their password and login credentials. semangat33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach or disrupt semangat33's systems or technical infrastructure.
- Do not share your account with or allow others to access your account.
- Ensure all deposits and transactions are made using legitimate payment methods in your own name.
- Comply with all game rules set for each category on the semangat33 platform.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the semangat33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u and other major Malaysian banks.
Important Transaction Terms
- Successful deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed once processed into the account balance.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the semangat33 account holder.
- Semangat33 reserves the right to request identity verification (proof of identification) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in their respective promotion terms.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
Semangat33 does not charge any additional fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges in accordance with their own terms, which are beyond semangat33's control.
Liability Limitations, Account Suspension and Intellectual Property
Semangat33 Liability Limitations
Semangat33 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, semangat33 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting activity.
Account Suspension and Closure
Semangat33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity or misconduct.
- User found to have registered multiple accounts.
- The user has abused platform bonuses or promotions.
- There is a directive from the relevant authorities to do so.
In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses or credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user in accordance with the established procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the semangat33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of semangat33. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Data Privacy
The semangat33 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment systems and analytics providers. semangat33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such third parties.
